Created to reveal the genesis of what stops of us, and what inspires us, individually and as a collective, the retreat is dedicated to delivering that promise.

The process is designed to reveal to each attendee what is stopping you and your colleagues from experiencing peace, empowerment and the collective will to pursue both individual purpose and the organisations mission.

In your liberation, you will, as a result, make a powerful difference in your contribution, irrespective of your status or circumstances.

It will reveal how we resolve our personal, relational and collective difficulties. And how we can shift to a new level of awareness in understanding a mind that sees Possibility and pursues it, and in understanding that, a mind that sees only impossibility withdraws and withers.
